Cancellation & Refund Policy

I aim to be fair, transparent, and respectful of both your time and mine. Here's exactly how cancellations and refunds work.

Monthly Coaching Services

Monthly coaching is billed in advance at the start of each billing cycle.

• You can cancel at any time by giving at least 7 days' notice before your next billing date.
• Cancellations requested with fewer than 7 days' notice may result in one final billing cycle before services end.

Refunds

Because coaching programs are personalized and work begins as soon as a plan is underway, refunds are not provided once services have begun.

Exceptions may be considered in cases of serious illness, family emergency, or a billing error on my end. If you believe you have an extenuating circumstance, just reach out — I'll always take a look and do my best to find a fair resolution.
