Coaching with Cooksey

Terms of Service

Effective Date: September 18, 2020 | Last Updated: April 28, 2026

By using this website or purchasing coaching services from Coaching With Cooksey, you're agreeing to the terms below. I've tried to keep this clear and straightforward — if anything is confusing, feel free to reach out.

Health & Safety Disclaimer

My coaching services are educational and informational in nature. They are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Before starting any new exercise or nutrition program, please consult with a qualified healthcare professional — especially if you have any existing health conditions or injuries.

Participation in physical training involves inherent risk. By working with me, you acknowledge that you understand and voluntarily accept that risk.

Client Responsibilities

To get the most out of coaching — and to keep things safe — I ask that you:

  • Provide honest, accurate information about your health, fitness history, and any physical limitations
  • Communicate openly if something isn't working, if you're experiencing discomfort or injury, or if your schedule or circumstances change
  • Use your best judgment and work within your own limits, even when following a program I've designed

Payments

Current pricing is listed on the Services page. All fees are disclosed before any purchase is made. Payments are processed securely through third-party platforms. If a payment fails, access to services may be paused until the issue is resolved.

Intellectual Property

All training programs, content, and materials I provide are the intellectual property of Coaching With Cooksey. They're created for your personal use and may not be redistributed, resold, or shared without my written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Coaching With Cooksey shall not be liable for any injuries, losses, or damages arising from participation in coaching services or use of this website.

Termination

I reserve the right to discontinue services if a client misrepresents health information, violates these terms, or engages in abusive or inappropriate conduct. Likewise, you're free to stop at any time — see the Cancellation Policy for details.

These terms exist to protect both of us and to keep our working relationship positive and productive.
